For children 12 years or younger:

  • Ask a doctor.

Trolamine Salicylate is an FDA listed active ingredient. It is related to aspirin and other salicylates. It helps inhibit an enzyme called COX-2. This enzyme is responsible for inflammation and pain in muscles and joints.
